I was really impressed with this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the value for money we got. The attention to detail in the rooms was noticeable, with modern interior design and spacious bathrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet area, despite being in a very sketchy neighborhood, was a pleasant surprise.
Can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Title: A Family-Friendly Stay
For families with children, it would be great to have a dedicated play area or activities for kids.

I loved staying at this design hotel with its loft restaurant. Free parking and WiFi were a bonus, and being close to the airport was convenient.
Who needs a lift when you can climb six flights of stairs? Great workout for the legs!

Clean, nice decoration, free parking with good security and staff very helpful. Breakfast in room, several options but not substantial enough for big eaters.
Can't think of anything.

Stylish and comfortable hotel. Loved the delicious guinea fowl and fish and chips at the restaurant. The team went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing fans and a workaround for late arrivals. Walking distance to the city center. highly recommend City.City for a great stay.

I celebrated my new year's eve at this hotel and it was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is great, it's only a few minutes away from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the fact that the hotel had secure parking and a trendy restaurant.
That there was no room service available after a certain time, which made it a bit difficult to get food in the late hours. the tap water had a slight weird taste, which was not something I enjoyed.

Clean - spacious rooms with stylish - funky bathrooms. Great location close to transportation and in a fairly worn-down area. Friendly English-speaking staff and a fantastic restaurant in the hotel. Superb value for money. Coffee machine and delicious pastries added to breakfast.
Can just recommend.

This hotel room was so cozy with a seating area where you could just plop down and relax. Plus, it had a tea/coffee maker, perfect for a budget traveler like me. The flat-screen TV was a cherry on top!
Personally, I found the sofa in the suite a bit uncomfortable, but hey, some people might still find it alright.

I recently had a great experience at a stylishly decorated hotel near the train station with friendly and cordial staff. The spacious, well-furnished rooms ensured a comfortable stay. The shower room was cleverly planned with the right amenities in the right places. I was particularly impressed with the upscale restaurant with an excellent selection of wines. Worth mentioning, there was easy access to the trams, making it easy to get around.
A slight setback was the lack of varied breakfast options.

Great location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. The fact that it is situated on a tree-lined side street adds to the overall charm and tranquility of the area.
Limited and disappointing breakfast options: Unfortunately, the breakfast at this hotel was a letdown. With only four options available, including unappetizing sandwiches, the variety was severely lacking.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location was key as it was very close to public transportation and a short walk from the Christmas market. The room was clean and modern, and very quiet despite being in a busy area. The breakfast offered a great selection of bread, pastries, and meats as well as coffee and tea. The in-house restaurant also had excellent food at reasonable prices. One of the best things about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable.
Although the room was modern and clean, it lacked some basic amenities such as a refrigerator and air conditioning. The size of the room was also a bit small for two people with large suitcases.

I recently stayed at Hotel City in Ostrava for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a lovely design. The rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed, which made for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast options were great, although I would have liked to see some plant-based milk available. The location was convenient, with the tram nearby for easy transportation around the city. it was a clean, modern hotel with helpful staff and free parking.
I can recommend this hotel.
